What your typical day will look like:

The Integrated Client Lead is a strategic role that combines high-level client relationship management with deep strategic thinking to drive client success and business growth in the Philippines market. This position requires a senior professional who can operate as both a trusted strategic advisor and skilled relationship manager, ensuring clients receive maximum value from our integrated marketing solutions.

Core responsibilities include:

  • Strategic Leadership & Client Partnership
    Build trusted advisor relationships with C-level clients by delivering integrated, data-driven strategies that align with business goals. Lead strategic planning, market expansion, and performance frameworks to drive growth and ROI.
  • Client Relationship Management & Growth
    Act as the senior point of contact for key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction through strategic reviews, effective communication, and proactive problem-solving. Identify opportunities for account growth, retention, and long-term partnership success.
  • Media Strategy & Business Development
    Drive omnichannel media planning and execution rooted in analytics and innovation. Lead business development efforts by crafting winning proposals, expanding revenue streams, and forging strategic partnerships to fuel agency and client success.
  • Team Leadership & Operational Excellence
    Inspire and guide cross-functional teams toward strategic excellence. Mentor talent, promote cross-department collaboration, and implement efficient processes that ensure high-impact, integrated solutions for clients.

A bit about you:

  • Experience & Strategic Expertise
    10–12 years of progressive experience in media, marketing, or advertising, with strong agency-side exposure. Proven success managing senior client relationships, leading multi-million dollar accounts, and delivering integrated strategies tailored to the Philippine market.
  • Technical & Market Competence
    Deep knowledge of both traditional and digital media, adtech/martech ecosystems, and performance metrics. Strong analytical capabilities, with a data-driven mindset and comprehensive understanding of local media and consumer behavior.
  • Leadership & Communication Skills
    Demonstrated executive presence with excellent presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Effective cross-functional team leader with a client-centric approach and a strong focus on results and innovation.
  • Educational Background & Core Attributes
    Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business (MBA preferred), with relevant industry certifications. Fluent in English and Filipino, with strong business acumen, adaptability, cultural awareness, and a commitment to mentoring and collaboration.
