The Opportunity:
CACI is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Integrated Master Scheduler with advanced MS Project expertise to provide critical support to an Army Product Manager (PdM) at Ft Belvoir, VA. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in the design, development, and maintenance of Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for large, complex programs. This position requires a deep understanding of project management principles, including Metrics, Critical Path, Float, and schedule variances, as well as the ability to build and maintain program-level IMS that incorporate major milestones and deliverables from both Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and Government sources. The successful candidate will monitor OEM schedule performance, utilize Gantt, PERT, milestone charts, earned value management, and other project management techniques to gauge progress and identify performance variances. As the scheduling subject matter expert, this role will also involve mentoring program staff on scheduling best practices and proposing innovative processes to enhance Integrated Scheduling. Facility with enterprise-level scheduling software is essential, and the candidate must be capable of organizing and directing work while coordinating efforts across various stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of program objectives.
Responsibilities:

  • Organizes and directs work, coordinates efforts related to design, develop, and maintain Integrated Master Schedules (IMS)
  • Applies principles of project management developing large, complex schedules
  • Performs program schedule analysis to include Metrics, Critical Path, Float, and schedule variances -Builds and maintains a program-level IMS which includes major milestones and deliverables from Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and Government sources
  • Monitors OEM schedule performance to include weekly and monthly variances
  • Utilizes Gantt, PERT, milestone charts, earned value management and other project management techniques to gauge progress and identify performance variances
  • Acts as scheduling subject expert and mentors the program staff with regards to scheduling
  • Understands and has facility with enterprise-level scheduling software
  • Proposes processes that will aid Integrated Scheduling

Qualifications:
Required:

  • Bachelor's Degree and >12 Years experience
  • Expert knowledge in use of MS Project
  • Active Secret Clearance

Desired:

  • Previous experience supporting Army Acquisition Programs and Product Managers.

Pay Range:

There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$78,700 - $165,200
