The Opportunity
The Affiliate Specialist will manage the execution of online affiliate marketing program and reporting revenue growth for the entire channel for QVC by building impactful marketing planning and delivery of all assets through management of Marketing Coordinators. You will be the primary contact for all execution discussions related to the affiliate marketing channel and will support optimizing and testing new business opportunities to grow revenue for our evolving affiliate program. You will report to the Affiliate Strategist.
This position is located at QVC’s headquarters in West Chester, PA.

This team executes campaigns with our partners while developing relationships with internal Merchandising, eCommerce and Planning teams. Affiliate Marketing is one of the leading revenue drivers in digital marketing.
Your Impact

You will build holistic affiliate marketing plans to meet program goals, such as new customer acquisition, revenue growth and moving current customers up the buying strata while maintaining the budget guard rails.

You will campaign execution and daily management of entire program: Work with affiliate publishers and our teams to implement campaign strategies.

You will manage a multimillion-dollar budget – following businesses KPI’s.

You will provide reporting of the digital affiliate marketing campaign and spend results for this specific market.

You will participate in multiple meetings and conference calls with Manager, Marketing teams, Merchandising, e-commerce, and planning teams.
What You Bring
-
BA/BS in Marketing, Communications, eCommerce, Merchandising, Public Relations, or related field, or equivalent experience required
-
3+ years’ professional experience within marketing, communication, or eCommerce
-
MUST have hands-on experience with Impact Radius
-
Working knowledge of digital marketing – experience with other channels (e.g. Email)

Knowledge of affiliate networks (Commission Junction, Impact Radius, Rakuten, Share-a-Sale)

Web analytics (Adobe, Google Analytics, Omniture, etc.) experience

Knowledge of Tableau Software, MicroStrategy preferred
