We are looking for a proactive, creative, and highly organised Integrated Marketing Specialist to join our EMEA Marketing team. This role blends event management, social media management, integrated campaigns, and brand execution. It is ideal for someone who enjoys working across multiple marketing channels, building relationships, and delivering engaging experiences both online and in person. As a key member of the team, you will plan and execute marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, audience engagement, and lead generation. Event & Campaign Management
- Plan, coordinate, and execute events including trade shows, customer roundtables, sponsored conferences, and hosted experiences.
- Manage event logistics, timelines, budgets, and vendor relationships to ensure seamless delivery.
- Develop and execute pre, during and post‑event marketing campaigns to drive awareness and lead generation.
- Partner with sales to identify event opportunities that align with business goals and measure ROI post‑event.
Organic Social Media Management
- Holistic management of Dynata’s social media account/strategy.
- Plan, create, and publish platform‑appropriate content that drives reach, engagement, and audience growth.
- Monitor social performance, optimise content based on analytics, and produce regular insights reports.
Integrated Campaign Support
- Support the development and rollout of integrated marketing campaigns across email, digital, and social channels.
- Localise and adapt global content for EMEA audiences, working closely with design and content teams.
- Coordinate with the global marketing team to ensure consistency in brand messaging and positioning.
Lead Management & Reporting
- Track and manage leads generated from events and campaigns, ensuring accurate reporting and follow‑up.
- Monitor campaign and event performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimisation.
- Evaluate key metrics and demonstrate impact.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with sales, customer success, and product marketing teams to ensure alignment on priorities and messaging.
- Support partnership and sponsorship opportunities in key markets.
- Contribute to team brainstorming and planning sessions, bringing fresh ideas and energy to every initiative.
Experience & Education
- 2–4 years of experience in B2B marketing, with proven hands‑on experience in event management and campaign execution.
- Experience working across multiple markets in EMEA is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
Skills & Attributes
- Excellent project management and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Confident using marketing automation tools (HubSpot) and CRM systems (D365).
