At nVent, growth creates opportunities. As part of our continued expansion in EMEA, we are building a regional marketing team that will play a key role in accelerating our Data Solutions business. As an Integrated Marketing Manager, you will lead regional campaigns, drive demand generation initiatives, and develop go-to-market strategies that support ambitious growth objectives. Joining a newly formed team means you will have the freedom to bring fresh ideas, help establish new ways of working, and contribute to building a high-performing marketing function from the ground up.

WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:

Marketing Strategy & Business Growth

  • Develop and execute regional marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and growth priorities.

  • Identify market opportunities, customer trends, competitive activity, and growth segments within Data Solutions.

  • Translate global business priorities into regional go-to-market plans and marketing initiatives.

  • Align marketing investments and activities to support revenue growth, pipeline generation, and market penetration.

Integrated Campaign Management

  • Plan and lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital, events, partner, and direct marketing channels.

  • Develop annual and quarterly marketing plans aligned with business priorities.

  • Coordinate campaign messaging and customer journeys across multiple touchpoints.

  • Drive awareness, engagement, lead generation, and customer retention initiatives.

  • Manage campaign budgets and optimize investments based on performance.

Partner & Sales Enablement

  • Develop and execute partner marketing programs with regional strategic partners.

  • Collaborate with regional Sales teams to support strategic account growth and customer acquisition.

  • Create sales enablement plans and support deployment of campaign assets and tools.

  • Gather market and customer feedback to continuously improve marketing effectiveness.

Product Launch & Commercialization Support

  • Lead regional marketing activities supporting new product introductions and solution launches.

  • Collaborate with Product Management to understand customer needs, market requirements, and solution positioning.

  • Ensure successful regional adoption of global product launch programs.

  • Support development of customer-focused value propositions and messaging frameworks.

Performance Measurement & Optimization

  • Monitor campaign, pipeline, and engagement performance using marketing analytics tools.

  • Analyze results and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

  • Provide regular reporting and strategic recommendations to business stakeholders.

  • Use data-driven insights to optimize campaign effectiveness and investment decisions.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Lead and influence cross-functional teams to execute regional growth initiatives.

  • Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, Digital Marketing, Marketing Operations, Design, and Content teams.

  • Act as the primary marketing focal point for assigned segments within EMEA.

  • Ensure alignment between global strategy and regional execution

YOU HAVE:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, integrated marketing, product marketing, or related commercial roles.

  • Experience developing and executing multi-channel marketing programs.

  • Strong understanding of demand generation, campaign management, and lead nurturing strategies.

  • Experience working with sales teams, channel partners, and cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting marketing and business performance data.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Experience in Data Centers, Infrastructure, Industrial Technology, Electrical Solutions, or related B2B markets preferred.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Willingness to travel within EMEA as required.
