About the Role

The Integrated Marketing Associate-Promo focuses on supporting the planning, execution, and management of promotional marketing activities that span multiple channels. This role involves coordinating promotional campaigns, managing content and materials, and analyzing the effectiveness of promotional efforts. The Integrated Marketing Associate-Promo is responsible for assisting in the development and leading the execution of promotional marketing campaigns that align with overall business goals. This role supports various promotional activities across multiple channels including in-store signage, ensuring cohesive messaging, effective content management, and performance tracking.

  • Create the promotional marketing calendar.

  • Assist in the planning and leading the execution of promotional marketing campaigns focusing on in-store signage & promotions yet supporting efforts within digital, print and social media.

  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure prompt and effective execution of promotional signage activities.

  • Support the creation and management of promotional content and materials, focusing on in-store signage & promotions such as in-store signage, yet supporting efforts like digital assets, flyers, social media posts and email campaigns.

  • Ensure all promotional content is consistent with brand guidelines and campaign objectives

  • Help manage promotional activities across various channels, including online and offline platforms.

  • Monitor the implementation of promotional strategies to ensure alignment with campaign goals and maximize reach.

  • Track and analyze the performance of promotional campaigns using various analytics tools and platforms.

  • Prepare reports on campaign effectiveness, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.

  • Create communications for Store Operations and In-Store presentation teams to share with the Field to drive promotional marketing initiatives.

  • Assist in organizing and executing promotional in-store/in-mall events.

  • Support event coordination, promotion, and post-event follow-up.

  • Coordinate with internal and external vendors and partners to manage the production and delivery of promotional materials.

  • Ensure that all vendor activities and deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.

  • Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, managing project timelines, and handling correspondence.

  • Maintain up-to-date records of promotional activities, budgets, and performance metrics.

  • Identify opportunities to enhance promotional processes and workflows.

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of best practices for promotional marketing.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing or promotional roles, with exposure to multi-channel campaigns

  • Basic understanding of marketing principles and promotional strategies.

  • Proficiency with marketing tools and platforms, including social media and email marketing systems.

  • Strong organizational and project management skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.

  • Experience with Microsoft Suite, Google Docs, Dropbox

  • Experience in managing promotional events and activities.

  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.

  • Strong communication skills.

  • Proactive and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

  • Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
