About the Role

As an Integrated Growth Strategist – Paid Media, you will lead strategic client relationships across some of the world’s most iconic and impactful brands. You’ll drive paid media strategy and experimentation that improves business performance and accelerates growth across channels such as Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.

You’ll develop innovative media strategies, present data-driven insights, and align marketing initiatives with each client’s brand and business goals. You'll collaborate across internal and external teams, balancing creativity, analytics, and strong communication to deliver measurable results.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, remote environment and enjoys using paid media and data-driven experimentation to make meaningful business impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage strategic relationships with paid media clients
  • Design integrated paid media strategies informed by analytics, experimentation, and business goals
  • Oversee campaign setup, management, optimization, and reporting to ensure continuous performance improvement
  • Analyze media performance and testing outcomes to generate actionable business recommendations
  • Present findings and strategic guidance to clients, including executive stakeholders
  • Collaborate with internal and client teams to align on timelines, deliverables, and outcomes
  • Proactively identify opportunities for client growth, innovation, and service expansion
  • Stay informed about clients’ industries, competitors, and evolving media trends
What Makes a Great Integrated Growth Strategist – Paid Media
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • 5+ years in digital growth marketing, with deep experience in paid media strategy and performance optimization
  • Proven ability to grow and deepen client relationships
  • Expertise with major advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, programmatic, etc.)
  • Familiarity with marketing automation and analytics tools (e.g., GA4, Looker Studio, Hubspot)
  • Background in media planning, experimentation, or consumer-facing digital roles
  • Able to manage multiple accounts while delivering strategic, high-impact work
  • Business-savvy with a holistic understanding of marketing, data, and experimentation

Compensation: $80,000–$130,000 + benefits based on experience
