Location: Remote working until further notice 

A little bit about the role: 

We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented Integrated Designer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has a strong background in digital, social, and print design, and enjoys hands-on creation across all phases of a project. You’ll work collaboratively from concept through to final delivery, translating briefs into engaging, high-quality visual content for a range of channels. 

You will be working in a fast-paced, tech-forward environment, with access to innovative tools and the opportunity to upskill in areas such as GenAI as part of your continued professional development. 

What you'll be doing: 

  • Ideate, develop, and deliver best-in-class design solutions across digital, social, and print platforms. 
  • Translate briefs into clear, effective, and on-brand visual concepts and assets. 
  • Execute hands-on creation of design assets, with a focus on quality, attention to detail, and meeting channel requirements (including adaptation for mobile, social, e-commerce, etc.) 
  • Present your work to internal teams, clearly articulating your creative process and rationale. 
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, workflows, and relevant emerging tools (including GenAI). 
  • Work with a range of Creative tools (Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma etc as well as our proprietary GenAI tool Pencil Pro where needed). 
  • Maintain the quality and consistency of creative outputs to align with brand guidelines, client objectives, and industry best practices. 
  • Manage multiple projects efficiently from briefing to delivery, ensuring deadlines are met. 
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues across creative, production, and client teams. 
  • Be resourceful, proactive, and adaptable - always ready to learn new skills or experiment with new technologies. 

As a business we're committed to ensuring everyone on our team is fully trained and confident in using Pencil Pro (our proprietary GenAI platform) and other approved AI tools. You’ll have access to a wide range of internal resources to help stay ahead of the curve. 

You will be expected to learn and maintain active AI proficiency by: 

  • Completing ongoing, structured internal AI training, including Pencil. 
  • Continuously upskilling with our approved AI toolsincluding Pencil. 
  • Staying up to date with evolving AI trends through internal resources. 
  • Collaborating and contributing to AI knowledge-sharing sessions, embracing our culture of learning. 

What you'll need: 

  • Proven experience as an Integrated Designer in an advertising agency, in-house creative team, or design studio, working on digital and print campaigns (motion/animation experience a plus). 
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating hands-on creation of impactful digital and traditional projects. 
  • Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects or other animation tools a plus). 
  • Excellent retouching and visual editing abilities. 
  • Strong understanding of digital, social, and e-commerce design standards (e.g., mobile-first best practices, multichannel adaptation). 
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills; able to receive and give feedback constructively. 
  • Attention to detail, resourcefulness, and the ability to manage projects efficiently from brief to delivery. 
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills. 
  • Enthusiasm for learning, experimenting, and adapting to evolving creative technologies. 
  • Optimistic, adaptable mindset regarding the opportunities and ethical considerations of GenAI in the creative industries.
