As an Integrated Campaigns Manager reporting to the Demand Generation leader, you will be an integral member of the Marketing team, orchestrating and launching marketing campaigns for ServiceTrade. As an individual contributor on our team, you will help support our growth as we continue to expand our presence across the commercial service industry.

About You:You’re a strategic, results-driven campaign marketer with B2B experience, ideally in SaaS. You excel at building and executing integrated campaigns that align with business goals, drive customer acquisition, and amplify brand storytelling. With a strong command of content production—leveraging both generative AI tools and agency partnerships—you deliver high-impact messaging across multiple channels. You're data-savvy, collaborative across teams, and passionate about continuous improvement, customer experience, and measurable growth.
Key Responsibilities and Activities:Develop, Own, and Manage Campaigns
- Develop and implement strategic marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, paid advertising, content marketing, partnerships, and events to increase brand awareness and drive customer acquisition
- Create comprehensive integrated campaign roadmaps that deliver high-value content to support campaign objectives
- Ensure campaign strategies align with overall ServiceTrade business objectives
- Push the limits of innovation in storytelling, creative execution, and success reporting
- Align GTM recommendations with market strategies for ABM activation, mass communications, and direct response campaigns
Produce & Distribute Content
- Lead the production and distribution of all campaign content using a mix of generative AI tools, agency partnerships, and self-serviced work
- Ensure consistent messaging and brand voice across all content assets
- Optimize content for different channels and audience segments
- Establish content performance metrics and reporting frameworks
Foster Integral Relationships Across the Business
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product management, creative, and customer service to ensure cohesive campaign approaches
- Work closely with sales leaders on executing ABM campaign plans
- Collaborate with Product Marketing leaders to bring new products and features to market, delivering multi-channel campaigns that drive adoption.
- Ensure campaign plans align with product roadmap,, buyer's journey challenges, and user experiences
- Coordinate with partner marketing initiatives including timing considerations and partner distribution for campaigns
Protect Marketing Campaign Efficacy and Efficiency
- Propose campaign budgets that support company objectives and demonstrate clear ROI
- Collaborate with paid media agency to integrate campaign stories into performance marketing efforts
- Work with Marketing Operations to ensure accurate reporting of campaign performance tied to trial and revenue success
- Develop deep understanding of marketing metrics including conversion rates, CAC, ROAS, and LTV
Communicate Campaign Plans, Optimizations, and Wins
- Regularly update stakeholders on campaign progress and performance
- Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance and implement continuous improvement cycles
- Manage campaign post-mortem process to present results, learnings, and future plans
- Effectively manage expectations with key stakeholders and rally team members to support campaign efforts
- Highlight campaign wins across the business
- Experienced Campaign Marketer with at least 5 years of experience managing B2B marketing campaigns (SaaS experience preferred)
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Creative Writing, other related field, or equivalent experience
- Master storyteller who drives emotion while connecting results to company's bottom line
- Test-and-learn strategist who continuously challenges the status quo
- Team player who can coach colleagues and support peers across all levels
- Data-driven decision maker who can act quickly and learn from failures
- Customer-obsessed practitioner focused on customer needs and experiences
- Success stories demonstrating effective management of integrated campaigns with compelling storytelling
- Proven track record of assisting companies in their growth goals
- Experience with content production using generative AI tools and managing agency relationships
- Continuous efforts to stay updated on the latest marketing tools, frameworks, and practices
- Previous experience in the commercial service industry or field service management technology
