The Expert Risk Analytics & Insights serves as the data and automation strategist for the risk and compliance programs. This role is responsible for transforming raw data into actionable risk intelligence, advancing digital transformation initiatives, and enabling continuous monitoring across key risk domains. Working in partnership with ERM, Audit, Compliance, and Technology teams, this role builds and maintains analytical solutions, dashboards, and predictive models that enhance risk visibility, strengthen decision-making, and streamline reporting to leadership and the Board.
Responsibilities- 7+ years w/ Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Statistics, Risk Management, or related field required.
- Expertise in Power BI, SQL, and Excel; experience with data visualization, extract transformation and load (ETL) tools, or Python/R.
- Strong analytical and data modeling skills with a focus on risk and compliance metrics.
- Proven ability to design and implement automated data solutions that improve efficiency and insight.
- Exceptional communication skills—able to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for executives.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects with competing priorities.
- Strong collaboration and influencing skills, particularly in cross-functional, non-hierarchical settings.
