- Contact existing clients to facilitate retention discussions and pass qualified leads to the external partner Capital Legacy.
- Drive and maintain daily and monthly retention and lead-generation targets.
- Manage client backlogs effectively to ensure timely follow-ups.
- Monitor and manage lapse and arrears reports.
- Compile and submit frequent and accurate reports.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external business partners.
- Drive lead flow for new insurance and related product offerings introduced from time to time.
- Grade 12
- Computer literate
- Contact Centre experience

- Insurance industry experience
- RE5 and FAIS accreditation will be advantageous
