The Personal Lines Insurance Representative is responsible for quoting and selling personal lines insurance policies to warm inbound affinity member leads. No cold calling is required. This is a fully remote position.
Total Compensation:
Including Base Salary/Commission/Bonus Incentives (Estimated Annually): $80,000 to $100,000 (uncapped)
Your Impact:
- Responsible for selling personal lines insurance products (auto, home/renters/condo, umbrella, recreational vehicles, etc)
- You would have access to over 20+ carrier options to meet the needs of our customers. You would be responsible for knowing all carrier underwriting requirements.
- You will receive daily warm inbound leads via inbound call, online inquiries, and referrals from internal departments.
- You will be joining a team of professional sales advisors impacting the growth of a large Brown & Brown agency.
- We view our team members as professional advisors. Not simply sales representatives. You would be responsible for assessing needs, gathering required information to properly rate and underwrite, preparing and offering quotes to secure the sale, explaining coverages and making recommendations, and creating/binding completed applications.
- You will be responsible for meeting your monthly sales goals with a lucrative compensation plan that rewards it.
Successful Candidates Will Have:
- 2+ years of prior personal lines insurance sales experience. We would be willing to talk to the right candidate if you have strong sales experience in other industries.
- Personal Lines insurance license or Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license is required.
- Must be able to strategically solve problems and create complicated solutions to meet customer needs.
- Positive and energetic attitude toward exceeding customer expectations.
- Great communication skills over the phone and via email are required.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize is critical. Strong organizational skills are required.
- Quick typing and intermediate PC skills required, including spreadsheet and word processing software.

Pay Range:
$16.00 - $17.00 HourlyThe pay range provided above is made in good faith and based on our lowest and highest annual salary or hourly rate paid for the role and takes into account years of experience required, geography, and/or budget for this role.
