Help turn insurance complexities into patient access as an Insurance Reimbursement Specialist. In this role, you’ll help clear the path between coverage, approval, and critical treatment to help make sure patients receive the medications they need without unnecessary delays.

What You’ll Do
- Verify patient insurance eligibility and benefits
- Validate insurance information & resolving discrepancies
- Review and update insurance information in CPR+
- Research payer requirements (online & phone)
- Obtain authorizations and required documentation
- Communicate coverage details and patient responsibility
- Stay current on payer guidelines and changes
- Partner with internal teams to keep orders moving
- Maintain HIPAA compliance and accuracy standards
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Some healthcare and/or insurance knowledge preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Strong communication & computer skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
- 100% office-based in Sewickley/Wexford area
- Fast-paced, team-oriented setting
- On-site training
