💼 What You'll Do
- Build your own book of business through leads, outreach, and networking
- Sell home, auto, renters, and umbrella policies
- Learn to assess client needs and deliver tailored solutions
- Manage your pipeline in our CRM (full training provided)
- Focus on what you do best — selling. Our account managers handle servicing.
💰 What You'll Earn
- Base + draw + uncapped commission
- Typical first-year earnings: $50K–$80K+, with serious upside as your book grows
- Full benefits package included, this is a W2 role!
🎯 Who We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience as an insurance agent, producer, sales rep, etc
- A natural communicator with a "hunter" mindset
- Someone who thrives on outreach and relationship-building
- Coachable, motivated, and hungry to learn and grow
📍 Onsite | Monday–Friday | Spartanburg, SC
This is a true sales role — there's a ramp-up period as you build your book — but the training, support, and earning potential are built to help you succeed for the long haul.
