First (Days)Overview:
Insurance Premium Payment AssociateResponds to record and process telephonic payment inquiries. Responsible for taking both initial and ongoing payments for insurance products while maintaining a high level of customer service. Responsible to work in multiple computer programs at a time. Must be able to maintain a high level of service to customers while managing changing volume demands of the call center.
One year customer service experience, computer skills & strong verbal skills required. Collections experience preferred. Must be detailed oriented.

- No specific certification or licensure requirements
- One ( 1) year of related experience required
