Overview:

Insurance Premium Payment Associate

Responds to record and process telephonic payment inquiries. Responsible for taking both initial and ongoing payments for insurance products while maintaining a high level of customer service. Responsible to work in multiple computer programs at a time.

Must be able to maintain a high level of service to customers while managing changing volume demands of the call center.
One year customer service experience, computer skills & strong verbal skills required. Collections experience preferred. Must be detailed oriented.

Hybrid location (training/days in office)-- Sentara Park, Virginia Beach Virginia

    • High School Graduate or equivalent
    Certification/Licensure
      • No specific certification or licensure requirements
      Experience
      • One ( 1) year of Customer Service experience /Telephone Communication preferred
      • Excel experience strongly preferred
      • Excellent verbal and computer skills
      • Previous experience in billing, payments, receivables preferred
      • Previous Healthcare experience preferred
