Insurance Operations Specialist

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Mercer Marsh Benefits team. This role will be based in Singapore office. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

In this role, you will provide essential administrative and technical support, ensuring the accurate, efficient, and timely production of all policy, employee benefits and related documentation across the insurance life cycle. You will also handle inbound calls and deliver exceptional customer service regarding existing and new policy inquiries.

We will count on you to:

• Responsible for providing documentation support to broking colleagues on group renewal documentations including executive summary, claims analysis, communication slides etc.
• Provide support and participate in Users Acceptance Testing if required.
• Work with internal colleagues and offshore colleagues and coordinate between offshore and broking colleagues if required.
• Perform regular audit checks on offshore colleagues' work
• Support Team Leader on work assigned and participate in projects assigned

What you need to have:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
• Ideally someone with right level of insurance experience (general insurance).
• At least 2-4 years of experience in a similar client service/operational role in general insurance or life-related field.
