Overview:

Support customers by providing first-class insurance products through Ayvens partners, delivering and managing insurance-relevant information in the central leasing system to ensure smooth provision of other related services such as accident management, claims processing, premium management, etc. Ensure that, in collaboration with other departments, the best partners and conditions are available to achieve a sustainable increase in the penetration rate.

Tasks:

  • Support and advise the Commercial department on questions regarding insurance coverage, analyze the customer’s product with third-party solutions, highlight the advantages of Ayvens solutions to increase the penetration rate, including on-site at the customer’s location
  • Actively support the sale of insurance products (own and partner insurances)
  • Manage insurance data in the relevant systems (price and coverage details) – master data, customer data, and individual contract data
  • Coordinate the insurance premium payment process (ensure that no invoices from insurance companies enter the dunning process)
  • Support other departments with questions about insurance coverage and premiums and, if necessary, corrections in the system
  • Coordinate regular training for Commercial employees, prioritizing functions requiring VBV certification to ensure compliance with insurance partner requirements
  • Interface with Ayvens Insurance as well as external insurance partners:
  • Interface and active exchange with contract partners, negotiating special solutions if necessary
  • Interface with international group insurance, regular exchange and support for international customers
  • Coordinate the road traffic tax payment process (ensure that no invoices from the road traffic office enter the dunning process)
  • Participate in projects and, if necessary, lead projects
  • Prepare insurance certificates for external insurance partners
  • Ensure timely delivery of insurance-related reports, coordinate changes to these reports as needed

Education / Training

  • Degree in Business Administration (Master’s) or vocational training in the insurance industry
  • License as an insurance intermediary (at least in the automotive trade) - VBV license

Experience

  • 5+ years in fleet management or automotive/motor vehicle insurance desirable but not a must

Languages:

  • German
  • English, spoken and written
  • French advantageous
  • Italian advantageous
