Insurance Defense Litigation Attorney – Costa Mesa (Orange County), California – Remote work!

The firm focuses on civil litigation defense for insurers, corporations, and insured clients, with offices in over 15 states. The firm is known for handling complex, high-exposure matters and has built a reputation based on jury awards worth millions of dollars.

Job duties:
Work fully remote, or hybrid schedule – your preference. Just need to be local to Orange County for court appearances.
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and the court.
- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
- Attend hearings, depositions, and trials as necessary.
- Independently manage court appearances, depositions, motion practice, and trials
Required:
· CA bar
· Recent insurance defense experience
You should know some of the following:
· General, Premises Liability
· Auto, Personal Injury
· Construction Defect
· Products Liability, Toxic Torts
· Medical Malpractice
· Insurance Coverage
· Class Action, Employment Law
