Insurance Coverage OR Defense Litigation Attorney – Boston, Massachusetts - Hybrid Remote
Established in the 1980s, our firm focuses exclusively on civil litigation defense. We are recognized for delivering effective representation to clients ranging from Fortune 100 corporations to individuals and small businesses. With ten offices across seven states and the District of Columbia—and a presence in additional jurisdictions—we serve clients nationwide. Our attorneys have appeared before courts in more than 30 states and territories.

Job duties:
Work hybrid remote.
- Manage a broad range of civil litigation matters from initial filing through final disposition.
- Perform legal research, evaluate factual and procedural issues, and formulate case strategy.
- Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and the court.
- Prepare and draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and related filings.
- Appear at hearings, depositions, and trial proceedings as required.
Required:
- MA bar
- Recent insurance defense or coverage experience
