ABOUT THE ROLE
Our client is a well-established retirement planning and insurance firm in Puerto Rico looking for a detail-driven Case Administration Specialist to manage and track insurance cases from submission through issuance and payment. This is a critical operations role that directly impacts the speed at which business closes and clients receive their policies.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Monitor and update insurance cases daily across multiple carrier portals (Lincoln Financial, ANICO, F&G, Protective, Corebridge, and others)
- Maintain a centralized Excel case tracking table with current status, pending requirements, and next steps for every active case
- Identify and follow up on outstanding requirements — no case goes untouched for more than 48 hours
- Coordinate with agents to flag stalled cases and escalate when needed
- Update the CRM (HubSpot) with issue dates and case milestones to trigger automated follow-up workflows
- Manage policy delivery processes, including DocuSign coordination and client confirmation
- Track cases through all stages: Submitted → Underwriting → Issued → Funded
- 1–3 years of experience in case management, administrative operations, customer service, or insurance
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel — filters, data tables, sorting, and daily data updates
- Comfortable navigating multiple digital portals and systems simultaneously
- Experience with professional email management (Outlook and/or Gmail)
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple open cases at once
- Discreet and professional — you'll handle sensitive client information daily
- Strong written communication in Spanish; functional English (reading/writing) is a plus
- Prior experience in the insurance or financial services industry
- Experience with CRM platforms, especially HubSpot
- Familiarity with DocuSign or similar e-signature tools
- Track record of managing end-to-end processes through to completion
- Hourly rate:$13.50 / hr
- Vacation leave:15 days/year
- Sick leave:12 days/year
