As part of the IMPACT team, you will:
- Manage and develop bespoke insurance proposals and RFP responses for major clients and prospects, including some of the most prestigious and well-known organisations in Ireland.
- Collaborate with diverse teams across Marsh to define project scope, timelines, and requirements, overseeing the entire process from pre-bid through to debrief.
- Encourage and support colleagues to uphold best practices and foster innovative ideas.
- Serve as a key contributor within a high-performing function of the Marsh business, ensuring clients and prospects receive the highest quality service and solutions.
- Ensure all bids comply with legal, regulatory, and company standards.
