As part of the IMPACT team, you will:

  • Manage and develop bespoke insurance proposals and RFP responses for major clients and prospects, including some of the most prestigious and well-known organisations in Ireland.
  • Collaborate with diverse teams across Marsh to define project scope, timelines, and requirements, overseeing the entire process from pre-bid through to debrief.
  • Encourage and support colleagues to uphold best practices and foster innovative ideas.
  • Serve as a key contributor within a high-performing function of the Marsh business, ensuring clients and prospects receive the highest quality service and solutions.
  • Ensure all bids comply with legal, regulatory, and company standards.

  • CIP Qualified, (minimum APA required).
  • Ability to identify opportunities to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and analysis, and to recommend effective improvements.
