A day in the life.
As our Insurance Associate on the Client Advisory team, you’ll collaborate with the Client Advisory teams to provide critical support in the preparation for prospect and client meetings. You’ll assist in the client review process by ordering designated summaries ahead of the review target date and supporting the team in the preparation of stewardship reviews. You’ll work on updating summaries, creating spreadsheets and other documents as requested, binding materials, obtaining quotes, and remarketing when applicable. Additionally, the role involves assisting in the new business process by establishing Applied (a system we use) files, creating binders, identification cards, cancellation forms, and coordinating the delivery of new business policies. While working alongside a Yacht - Client Advisor Manager or Client Advisor, you will quote coverage via carrier websites, locate carrier-specific information, and obtain policy declarations. You will also support Client Advisor Managers and Client Advisors by scheduling client, carrier, and guest visits, including managing security clearances, reserving meeting spaces, and providing proper greetings. Lastly, you’ll process endorsements, handle mortgage/lienholder inquiries, respond to client identification requests, and address billing inquiries.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite be able to navigate through multiple systems without assistance.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Detail oriented to ensure accuracy.
Possess self-discipline, self-motivation, and ability to meet assigned objectives.
Holds appropriate P&C license or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire.
These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply:
College degree and/or prior insurance experience
Previous experience servicing High Net Worth Clientele
Interest in Yacht or Marine Insurance business
Proficiency in the daily use of carrier websites for the purposes of quoting, locating carrier specific information and obtaining policy declarations as needed.
