    • Oversee the entire claims process for all types of insurance policies across the Group.
    • Liaise effectively with brokers, insurers, legal counsel, and internal stakeholders to ensure efficient and effective claims resolution.

    • Contribute to the development, implementation, and testing of global crisis management and business continuity plans to ensure operational resilience.
  • Training & Awareness:
    • Develop and deliver targeted training programs for internal teams on risk management principles, insurance policies, and claims procedures.
    • Actively promote and foster a strong, proactive risk-aware culture throughout the organization.
  • Reporting & Stakeholder Management:
    • Prepare clear and concise reports for senior management and the board on key risk exposures, insurance coverage status, claims performance, and ongoing risk mitigation efforts.
    • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional global teams (e.g., Finance, Legal, Operations, HR) and external partners (brokers, insurers).

Skills & Experiences

  • Proven experience in an Insurance, Risk Management, or Corporate Finance role, ideally within a global or multi-entity organization.
  • Strong understanding of various insurance lines relevant to the design, construction, or real estate industries (e.g., Professional Indemnity, General Liability, Contractor's All Risks).
