This position will assist with a variety of clerical and administrative duties for efficient operation of the agency.
Primary Duties:
- Reception desk support.
- Track producer and agency insurance licenses.
- Manage continuing education notifications to licensed employees.
- Maintain carrier producer appointments.
- Coordinate mail and paperwork for remote employees.
- Assist with agency-wide events and organize volunteer opportunities.
- Assist with testing current workflows/procedures, maintaining the procedure manual, auditing workflows/procedures and assigning training plans as needed.
- Assist in general office duties as requested and needed.
- Know by name and face as many customers and employees as possible, calling them by name as often as possible.
- Know and practice LOCBUTN, our Golden Rules, and Bell Bank Customer Service Standards.
- Know, understand, and live the company values and bottom line.
- Conduct activities consistent with established Bell Bank policies, procedures and systems, and all applicable state and federal laws and regulations.
