*Must reside in or around Royston, GA
Hours: Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM

Role Responsibilities:
• Provide top-tier customer service to ensure client satisfaction and policy renewals.
• Multi-task effectively across various client management systems, including AMS360.
• Contribute to team goals and uphold our commitment to excellent service.
Qualifications:
• A minimum of 2-3 years of P&C Commercial Insurance experience required
• A Property and Casualty Insurance License required
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Brokerage experience is a bonus!
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and exceptional customer service
