WHAT MAKES THIS ROLE DIFFERENT:

This is not a disciplinary or supervisory position.

Instructors will continue to have General Managers and an established management structure. The Instructional Excellence Specialist does not issue write-ups or performance improvement plans.

Instead, this role exists to develop instructors, not discipline them.

When an instructor is struggling, you'll work to understand why, identify what they need, and provide the coaching, resources, mentorship, and support to help them improve.

Our philosophy is simple:

Replace the instinct to discipline with the discipline to develop.
