The role works closely with subject-matter experts, product, and engineering teams to identify learning needs, structure content, and build curricula that accelerate capability development at both individual and organisational level. Requires 5+ years of instructional design experience, with a track record of delivering high-quality learning programs in technical or fast-moving product environments.

Education:- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Instructional Design, Education, Learning Sciences, or a related field — or equivalent practical experience.
- Identify learning needs with subject-matter experts and stakeholders.
- Design and structure curricula, courses, and learning materials.
- Develop engaging content across formats (e-learning, video, guides, assessments).
- Apply instructional design models and adult learning principles.
- Measure learning effectiveness and iterate on programs.
- 5+ years of instructional design experience.
- Strong command of instructional design methods (e.g. ADDIE, SAM) and adult learning theory.
- Experience with authoring tools and modern learning technologies (e.g. Articulate, Camtasia, LMS platforms).
- Ability to translate complex technical topics into clear learning content.
- Strong writing and content-structuring skills.
- Experience designing training for technical or engineering audiences.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted content creation tools.
- Exposure to EdTech products.
