The Role

We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Instructional Designer to create engaging, effective, and impactful learning experiences for employees. This role involves designing and developing instructional materials, e-learning courses, and other educational resources aligned with the organization's learning goals. The ideal candidate will combine creativity with a strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as an Instructional Designer
  • Experience with instructional design methodologies (e.g., ADDIE, SAM)
  • Knowledge of adult learning theories and best practices
  • Proficiency with e-learning tools and LMS platforms
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with graphic design tools is a plus
  • High attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
  • Strong analytical skills for evaluating learning program effectiveness
  • Strong project management, collaboration, and communication skills

English Level

B2+

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop engaging learning content, including e-learning modules, video scripts, etc.
  • Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to identify learning needs and translate complex concepts into easy-to-understand materials
  • Develop assessments and evaluations to measure learning outcomes and course effectiveness
  • Ensure that all learning content aligns with instructional design best practices and learning objectives
  • Work with the Learning Management System (LMS) to upload, test, and maintain courses
  • Provide recommendations for improving existing training programs based on feedback and learning analytics
  • Assist in tracking learning metrics and reporting on course completion, engagement, and effectiveness
  • Keep up to date with the latest trends and technologies in instructional design and adult learning
  • Collaborate with the L&D team to improve processes
