What You'll Do:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and global stakeholders to identify learning needs and define objectives.
- Design and develop impactful learning solutions for customers, partners, and employees across multiple formats (e.g., online, ILT, vILT).
- Apply instructional design principles to create engaging content, including scripts, storyboards, and multimedia assets.
- Use authoring tools to build interactive learning experiences and ensure content meets quality and style standards.
- Manage end-to-end content development projects, working closely with SMEs, curriculum managers, and delivery teams.
What You Will Bring to Coupa:
- 2+ years of experience in instructional design, curriculum development, or technical training, ideally in a SaaS/software environment.
- Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, engaging learning content and documentation.
- Proficient with instructional design methodologies and tools such as Articulate 360, Adobe Creative Cloud, Camtasia, and Microsoft Office.
- Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills, with a track record of cross-functional collaboration.
- BA/BS in Education, Instructional Design, or related field, with excellent writing, editing, and attention to detail.
