Who are we looking for

As a Senior Associate instructional designer, you will create learning solutions that help employees build the knowledge and skills they need to succeed in their roles. • Manage multiple projects by prioritizing work, tracking progress, communicating risks, and collaborating with stakeholders across locations and functions to support successful delivery.

  • Apply strong attention to detail to ensure learning materials are accurate, easy to navigate, and free of functionality issues through thorough reviews, testing, and constructive feedback.

  • Support a collaborative team environment through knowledge sharing, teamwork, participation in team initiatives, and contributions to continuous improvement efforts.
