About the role

Are you passionate about creating impactful learning experiences that drive real results? At HashiCorp, we’re looking for a dynamic Revenue Enablement - Instructional Design to own crafting innovative training solutions for our global sales team. You'll be at the forefront of developing content that not only boosts sales performance but also empowers our sales professionals to reach their full potential.

As a key member of our growing Revenue Enablement team, you’ll play a crucial role in setting new standards for learning and development across HashiCorp’s sales organization. We’re looking for someone with a deep understanding of sales enablement or SaaS sales, who has a proven track record of designing training solutions that inspire and motivate sales teams to achieve their goals. What you’ll do 

  • Creative Learning Solutions: Employ diverse learning concepts, methodologies, and gamification strategies to create engaging, effective training programs. You’ll ensure that all content aligns with adult learning principles and best practices.
  • Content Creation: Drive the design and development of cutting-edge learning assets tailored for our global sales audience. From e-learning modules to instructor-led training and videos, your work will directly impact the success of our sales team.
  • LMS Management: Oversee the day-to-day administration of our Learning Management System, ensuring that it supports our broader learning and development goals.
  • Organize and Categorize: Implement knowledge taxonomy and meta-data tagging systems to effectively organize and manage our knowledge assets, making it easier for our sales team to access the information they need, when they need it.
  • Measure Success: Define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and generate reports that assess the effectiveness of our training programs. Your insights will help us continuously improve and adapt our learning strategies.


What you’ll need (minimum qualifications)

  • You bring 3- 5 years of experience in instructional design, particularly within revenue enablement at a SaaS company.
  • Instructional Design exp at a SaaS tech company.
  • Proficient in e-learning authoring and video production tools (e.g., Articulate Rise, Camtasia, Adobe Creative Suite), you’re comfortable creating polished, professional content.
  • You’ve managed an LMS before, with experience in platforms like Highspot or Seismic, and you’re organized enough to keep everything running smoothly.
  • You have exceptional presentation and storytelling abilities, with a knack for simplifying complex ideas and engaging your audience.
  • You’re proactive, identifying and addressing potential challenges before they become problems, and you work well across departments to deliver comprehensive enablement content.
  • As a self-motivated learner, you’re quick to pick up new technologies and adapt to an evolving tech stack with minimal guidance.
  • A BA or BS Degree is preferred, with additional skills in video production or graphic design being highly valued.

Individual pay within the range will be determined based on job related-factors such as skills, experience, and education or training.

The base pay range for this role in the SF Bay Area / NYC area is:

$123,300$145,000 USD

The base pay range for this role in Seattle Metro, Denver / Boulder Metro, New York (excluding NYC), Washington D.C., or California (excluding SF Bay Area) is:

$113,000$132,900 USD

The base pay range for this role in Colorado (excluding Denver / Boulder Metro) and Washington (excluding Seattle Metro) is:

$102,700$120,800 USD
