Key Responsibilities: 

  • Design and develop high-quality instructional materials including, but not-limited-to ILTs, Job Aids, and e-learning courses using Articulate RISE. 
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify learning objectives and content requirements. 
  • Create engaging and interactive learning experiences that enhance knowledge retention and application. 
  • Conduct needs assessments and analyze learner feedback to continuously improve training programs. 
  • Ensure all instructional materials are aligned with AGODA's brand and quality standards. 
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project timelines. 
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in instructional design and e-learning technologies. 
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of developed learning solutions by following the set QC process  
  • Through innovation and research / experimentation, determine the best mediums and modalities to share different forms of learning content.  
  • Report on analytics / data related to effectiveness of the learning solutions delivered. 
  • TTT Facilitation  

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field. 
  • Proven experience as an Instructional Designer, with a portfolio showcasing e-learning projects. 
  • Proficiency in Articulate RISE and other e-learning authoring tools. 
  • Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories. 
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 

Preferred Skills: 

  • Experience in the travel or hospitality industry. 
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS). 
  • Graphic design skills and experience with multimedia tools. 
  • Proficiency in leveraging AI technologies to enhance learning outcomes, including the ability to integrate AI-driven outputs to personalize and optimize the learning experience.
