Job Responsibilities

  • Design tool-specific and workflow-based learning for the firm’s AI tools, including chat assistants, Microsoft Copilot and emerging agentic tools, in partnership with tool product and enablement teams.
  • Partner with segment and line of business learning teams, who own development and delivery, through repeatable playbooks, design standards and templates that scale learning across the firm.
  • Define and test what a high-quality, end-to-end learner experience looks like, leading pilots, user testing, feedback and revisions so learning meets learner needs.
  • Work with stakeholders and measurement and analytics partners to define a performance-focused measurement plan and to use adoption and usage signals to target learning and report on impact.
  • Lead research and benchmarking of AI upskilling at peer organizations, industry frameworks and external research, bring relevant insights into learning design and make sure learning content meets firm standards for quality, accessibility, responsible AI use and data handling.
  • Collaborate with HR, Technology, Data & Analytics, Risk & Compliance, subject matter experts, managers and senior leaders to produce high-quality learning design; use AI tools in your own design process to speed up needs analysis, content creation, review, and role-model responsible AI use.
