We are seeking an Instructional Design Intern passionate about learning and instructional innovation. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to content creation that enhances employee learning and development.
Responsibilities
Participate in training needs analysis to identify learning priorities and opportunities
Design effective learning modules in various formats, including in-person, virtual, and self-paced
Develop interactive activities and assessments
Support the integration of digital learning solutions, such as LMS platforms and authoring tools
Contribute to the continuous improvement of existing programs
The role involves daily (or regular) communication with pan-Canadian stakeholders.
Qualifications
Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in human resources, organizational development, adult education, instructional design or game design and development.
Strong interest in experiential learning and innovation.
Familiarity with digital tools, including PowerPoint, Canva, and Articulate, is an asset.
Creativity, autonomy, and collaboration skills.
