崗位职责：
- 豐富機构產品的數量和產品在機构客戶中的使用滲透率
- 帶領團隊設計運營增長體系，並建設國際化運營團隊和持續改進。
覈心職責
- 負責分析競品數據和行業趨勢，製作可行增長研究方案，為經營戰略決策提供依據，並推動產品或運營方案落地
- 帶領團隊設計用戶增長體系、活動運營體系和品牌體系促進機构、高淨值用戶轉化，提高轉化效率和提升品牌知名度
- 負責管理國際化團隊並持續改進
任職要求
- 擁有3年以上數位資產行業研究、用戶增長、活動運營或品牌運營經驗
- �有很强的數據敏感性，善於使用和分析數據
- 中英文書能力優秀
- �長創造性手段，來設計和開發新業務，快速設計解決方法
- 習�於在快節奏的工作環境中工作
- 高度自我�動性，自律性强
