what you will be doing
- Acquire and develop trust relationships with potential institutional clients including Market Makers, Arbitrageurs, HTF, Hedge Funds, Family Offices, High-Net-Worth Individuals, etc. globally.
- Understand the challenges and expectations of new clients, proactively satisfy and retain our clients with Institutional level services.
- Maintain mutually beneficial relationships with existing clients with best practices of institutional service.
what we are looking for
- At least 1-2 years of working experience in sales and client services with an international financial background in the crypto industry, banking, investment services, custody, etc.
- The detail-oriented, results-focused individual who can work with minimal supervision
- Passionate about the crypto industry
- Industry experience would be advantageous
- English can be a working language.
