This department typically works Monday-Friday between the hours of 7am-5pm.

Summary:
- Booking Installment Loans and Helocs to the CSI core system using the Laser Pro Interface using the scanned documents in Treev
- Booking TRIAD Loans, Heloc renewals and AOD’s manually to the CSI core system using the scanned documents in Treev
- Input verification of installment loans, TRIAD loans, and Helocs booked previous day to ensure all information input into CSI NuPoint is accurate and ensuring necessary corrections are made.
- Accountable for ensuring Compromised HELOC loans are processed by manually rebooking a new loan following the specific procedures for Compromised loans.
- Producing, printing, and mailing Welcome Letters for all new Commercial, Mortgage, Installment, TRIAD and RVC’s
- Check loan suspense recon daily and adding comments regarding new loans as to what stage the loan is currently at as well as items that need attention by using Image Research to locate items needing to be cleared.
- Distributing new loan reports to other associates in the department.
- Ensuring all procedures are current, accurate and have been tested
- Back up to Booking Mortgage Loans to the CSI system and processing the closing title packages.
The Associate will be expected to work on routine tasks following procedures and may occasionally involve non-standard assignments. Has a small amount of latitude for decision making to cure any inconsistencies although will need approval before final implementation.
Essential Duties:
DAILY – shared tasks
- Book Installments, Helocs, Triads to CSI system.
- Check ins for new IL, RVC’s and ML’s that are booked.
- Heloc Modifications
- Compromised Heloc – Booking
- Update County Payee Codes and enter in Excel Spreadsheet, as needed
Daily tasks that are covered by IL Bookers alternating tasks weekly
- Loan suspense – input comments to the shared recon for each loan listed
- Distributing new loans to be book evenly between Il bookers
- Print IL Notes Paid report and log any TRIAD payoffs onto the TRIAD Report
- Print New/Renewed Report for IL’s and RVC’s and distribute to appropriate associates
- Print all check in sheets for New I/L Loans to be checked in and the check in stamp
- AOD booking to CSI
- Printing the welcome letters for all IL,RVC, ML and CL’s that were booked the previous day
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities required for this position:
- Knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel a must.
- Knowledge of NuPoint or Treev programs a plus.
- Good communication skills and accurate data entry/typing skills.
- Ability to work through doc errors and communicate same to Doc Prep team. The ability to use office equipment such as phones, fax machines, and calculators.
- Must be able to work in a team environment as well as independently following procedures.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- 1 year of Loan Servicing or related experience.
