Supports treasury management operations, product implementation, system programming, remote onboarding, client training, account research, exception reporting, and issue resolution. Coordinates with sales officers, clients, deposit operations, and third-party vendors to establish and maintain treasury products. Reviews service agreements and setup requests, manages approvals and documentation, provides customer support, and assists with special projects.

Supports the bank’s cybersecurity governance, risk, compliance, audit, and control validation programs. Responsibilities include risk assessments, audit evidence, vulnerability and finding remediation tracking, security control testing, policy maintenance, third-party risk reviews, security monitoring, alert analysis, incident response support, reporting, and threat monitoring. Requires rotating on-call coverage every four weeks and collaboration with technical, risk, compliance, audit, and business teams.

Responsible for soliciting mortgage loans by interviewing applicants, managing loan processing, and overseeing the originator staff while meeting production goals.
