Essential Responsibilities:
In this role you will:
- Formulate and execute nuclear related service proposal strategies, negotiate sales agreements, establish pricing strategies, and commercial risk mitigation concepts for complex multi-year contracts.
- Work within a geographic area, a specific customer, or a joint GVH sales team to determine appropriate nuclear products and services solutions in a coordinated manner with product lines teams that increase wallet share across GVH.
- Engage with our customer and GVH leaders, providing sales expertise in support of our GVH business activities.
- Cultivate long-term relationships at all levels of our customer’s organizations to progress nuclear related orders and manage high level issue resolution.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations in line with company guidelines.
- Achieve or exceed sales targets and pipeline growth targets by executing strategic account plans for relevant products and services.
- Maintain and update standard terms agreements to facilitate and simplify customer interactions and orders.
- Contribute to defining and implementing marketing and commercial strategies to increase orders volume, scope and maximize profitability for relevant products and services
- Support the design and deployment of scalable Customer Relationship Management (CRM) processes to simplify tracking of product portfolios, customer strategies, relationships, and forecasts
- Keep GVH leadership team up to date on market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to inform sales and business growth strategies.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
- At least 5 years of sales experience in the power industry, with a proven record on orders conversion and pipeline management.
- Candidates with less than 5 years of sales experience but greater than 10 years in a nuclear services delivery role, nuclear plant operations or nuclear plant maintenance role may also be considered.
Eligibility Requirements:
- Demonstrated sales funnel management, along with contract terms and long-term agreement negotiations
- Ability and willingness to travel to customer facilities on a regular monthly rhythm and up to 50% of the time during key negotiation cycles.
- The preferred work location is at our GVH Headquarters in Wilmington NC, (relocation assistance provided) but highly qualified remote candidates will be considered in areas that are in proximity to key customer locations (Atlanta, Philadelphia, Charlotte)

Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in business administration or related engineering discipline
- Demonstrated understanding of nuclear power plant operations, maintenance and nuclear fuel cycles.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, experience in Lean and developing standard work
- Excellent communication skills: experience working across multiple levels, functions and regions; able to clearly communicate complex sales information in a clear and concise manner; able to deliver message effectively verbally and in writing
- Clear thinking / problem-solving: successfully led cross-functional negotiations, projects and process improvement within sales functions; able to quickly grasp new ideas

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $92,800.00 and $154,700.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.
Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
