- Consistent, year-round work
- Assist the Lead Installer with bath and shower installations
- Support daily job tasks including set up, demolition, clean up, loading/ unloading work truck, measuring and cutting materials, framing, and preparing the space for the install
- Learn and develop hands-on trade skills in carpentry, plumbing, and construction
- Help keep the company truck clean, organized, and stocked with all necessary equipment and materials
- Participate in team meetings and hands-on training sessions
- Deliver a high level of customer service to ensure a 5-star experience
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Strong desire to learn a skilled trade and grow in the home improvement industry
- Relevant experience in construction, carpentry, remodeling, renovation, etc. is preferred
- Ability to accurately measure using basic tools (tape measure, level, etc)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
- Ability to routinely and safely lift/move items weighing over 50lbs
- Ability to use power tools as necessary
