Candidates with backgrounds in Python, automation, or RPA technologies are acceptable only if they also have strong Instabase expertise.

The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in frontend development (JavaScript, React) and backend technologies (Python, Node.js, or Java), along with experience in cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and containerization (Kubernetes). They should be comfortable collaborating across teams, resolving technical escalations, and integrating Instabase with RPA/IDP tools such as UiPath, ABBYY, and Automation Anywhere. Strong communication skills, a passion for user experience, and the ability to set engineering best practices are essential.

Instabase experience is mandatory and non-negotiable.

Job Description:

·       2 years of hands-on experience with Instabase platform.

·    Collaborate effectively with cross functional teams Engineering PM CEM SE etc to accomplish broader objectives Demonstrates a strong understanding of Instabase processes for handling escalations conducting incident reviews and managing customer expectations

·     5 years of industry experience with JavaScript TypeScript React Webpack UI design HTML CSS web fundamentals APIs REST frontend unit integration testing

·       5 years of industry experience with server-side frameworks eg Python Go Nodejs Java

·       Passion for software engineering design, especially around user experience and frontend architecture

·       Enthusiasm for building user facing products shipping features quickly and incorporating user feedback

·       Strong technical communication and teamwork skills

·       Ability to set technical and cultural standards for engineers

·       Proficient in cloud environments Azure AWS GCP and Kubernetes

·       Provide support by troubleshooting and replicating complex issues

·      Advise and instruct on the ecosystem of open-source tools python spacy pandas sklearn etc compatible with Instabase and how customers can use
