dunnhumby is looking for an Insights Enablement Lead to join the team on a permanent basis. This role sits within our Insight Enablement function and is responsible for enabling our client success teams by standing over support for our products, tools and propositions. 

This is a hybrid role based in our Hammersmith office. 

Key accountabilities 

  • Shape longer-term enablement strategy and transformation initiatives 
  • Define and evolve enablement propositions and approaches 
  • Work through ambiguity to frame problems and identify solutions 
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve the propositions and solutions we offer, and prioritise these by assessing value to dunnhumby and clients against effort required 
  • Balance planning, design and hands-on problem solving 
  • Join the dots across initiatives, stakeholder needs and product developments to ensure enablement activity is relevant and effective 
  • Champion new ways of working, including the adoption of AI and emerging technologies to enhance efficiency, accelerate delivery, and drive positive impact 
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across Insight Enablement and wider teams to continuously optimise how we work and deliver for clients, both internal and external 

Qualifications & Experience 

  • Experience working with CPGs, Client Success teams or other stakeholder-facing groups 
  • Strong problem solving and strategic thinking skills 
  • Able to balance responsiveness with proactivity 
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and targeting longer term impact 
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics for different audiences 
  • Experience in insight, analytics, product enablement, commercial enablement, proposition development or a related field would be beneficial.
