We need a strong analyst and storyteller - someone who can sit down with client executives and lead them to solutions that improve their healthcare IT products and services.
As an Insights Director, you will be a customer advocate, adept at resonating with audiences, and supporting findings and recommendations with data, both in written and verbal formats.
What you will do:
- Find the story. You regularly contact healthcare providers and obtain their feedback on the performance of healthcare technology. While doing this you build meaningful relationships with these providers and give back industry insights. We call this research, and it takes about 10% of the job.
- Understand the story. You analyze the research findings on a subject and expose the key messages from within the data so that action can be taken by clients to improve. This is about 65-70% of the job.
- Tell the story. Finally, you will both present these findings to client executive teams, guiding discussions that lead to and underscore improvement opportunities and write reports on these findings that are published for provider and payer executives and vendor clients to offer transparency into the current state of the healthcare technology industry. This is about 20-25% of the job.
How you will make an impact:
- Be a customer advocate, presentation expert, researcher, and data scientist – all rolled into one
- Become a masterful storyteller that can effectively manage rooms of strong-willed audiences and effectively communicate a story in writing
- Be intellectually hungry
- Prepare for and deliver between 20-25 client delivery engagements and oversee 8-12 industry reports each year
- Live the values we embrace at KLAS
Qualifications:
- Consistent experience in presenting data to and influencing top-level decision makers
- Extensive presentation and consulting experience
- Proficiency in both quantitative and qualitative analytics.
- Proficiency in Excel
- Bachelor’s degree in a field that requires research & analysis, Master’s degree a plus
