We’re looking for a Insights Client Success Executive to join us who expects more from their career. It’s a chance to extend and improve dunnhumby’s Tesco Category & Product Insight Team. It’s an opportunity to work with a market-leading business to explore new opportunities for us and influence global retailers.

Joining our Tesco Category & Product Insight team, you’ll work with world class and passionate people to consult with Tesco on category strategies and customer understanding. You will support the category insights workplan, and along with the team deliver actionable insight direct to the category teams at Tesco as well as other stakeholders such as central insights or brand. You will collaborate with others across the product insight team, retail and commercial teams as well as with Tesco to shape solutions and deliver insight.

What we expect from you

•  Experience in building client relationships and managing stakeholders.
•  Experience of prioritising multiple workstreams to ensure the delivery of maximum value.
•  Experience of analysing data to solve challenging problems and deliver business value.
•  Ability to simplify the complex – distil lots of information down to key conclusions.
•  Strong attention to detail – stress testing your conclusions so we deliver trustworthy analysis.
•  Ability to operate nimbly, as you will be working on several projects at once.
•  Ability to work closely with data scientists to translate the commercial ask into a technical ask and back.
•  Experience in an FMCG retailer, supplier or consultancy.
