On behalf of our client, a well-established companyin the Services industry, we are looking to recruit an Insights & Client Strategy Associate.
Responsibilities:
- Reviews client project briefs to identify knowledge gaps, and defines expert search criteria accordingly
- Conducts high-level research on industries and companies to map the landscape and identifies the most relevant experts
- Sources and reaches out to potential experts via phone, LinkedIn, and email
- Screens experts critically, ensuring their experience and insight is aligned with client needs
- Connects selected experts with clients for qualitative interviews or consultations, ensuring relevance and value of insights delivered
- Manages multiple client projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and maintaining effective time management and communication
- Keeps accurate records in CRM systems and provides timely updates to stakeholders on progress, strategy, risks, and next steps
- Assists with insights projects using deep research techniques and creates bespoke analyses based on client briefs
- Supports strategic client initiatives by identifying individuals with relevant expertise for client engagement and relationship development
- Builds and maintains strong client relationships across consulting firms, private equity, hedge funds, and corporates
- Aligns with quality standards and actively contributes to sales activities, including negotiation and upselling where appropriate
Requirements
- BSc in any field with a strong academic record
- MSc in any field will be considered as an asset
- 0–3 years of professional experience in customer service/support roles
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and oral
- Fluency in an additional language is a strong plus
- Strong interest in the business world, markets, and strategic decision-making
- Ability to think critically and quickly in fast-paced environments
- Natural aptitude for negotiation and sales, with a client-first mindset
- Commitment to delivering exceptional client service and value
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively
- Strong time and project management skills under tight deadlines
- High level of result orientation and ownership, with excellent prioritization skills
