In this role
As an Insights Analytics Manager, you will lead the development of business-focused reporting, analytics, and technical solutions for the Business Bank. While BI remains the foundation of our work, we are increasingly exploring AI technologies to enhance our analytical capabilities and deliver smarter, faster outcomes.
You’ll help shape customer experiences through data-driven segmentation, eligibility modelling, and channel selection—while also contributing to early-stage AI initiatives such as automation, generative AI, and intelligent agents.
Your responsibilities will include:
Leading stakeholder engagement across Data & Analytics, Segments, Product, Risk, and Technology
Solving complex business problems using a mix of BI tools and emerging AI techniques
Applying a strong understanding of Banking and Financial products to inform analysis and reporting
Designing analytical outcomes that are scalable, automatable, and aligned with business priorities
Managing competing priorities and delivering high-quality outputs in a fast-paced, evolving environment
We’re interested in hearing from people who have:
Demonstrated experience in data analysis, insights generation, or analytics roles
Strong proficiency in SQL (Teradata preferred) and BI tools such as Tableau, Alteryx, or Power BI
Exposure to Python and interest in AI technologies such as machine learning, Streamlit, or generative AI
A continuous learning mindset with a passion for exploring new tools and methodologies
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain collaborative networks
High attention to detail, with a focus on data quality, accuracy, and reliability
A proactive, inquisitive, and driven approach to problem-solving and delivery
