- Conduct self-serve data exploration (SQL) to analyze cohorts, funnels, retention, and campaign performance.
- Maintain tracking dashboards covering awareness, engagement, and conversion metrics.
- Own and deliver a weekly Insight Package summarizing key learnings and recommendations.
- Work with internal data teams to define metrics, validate models, and translate findings into actionable publishing insights.
- Turn broad business or dev questions into clear hypotheses and structured research plans.
- Prepare concise, data-driven presentations that influence decision-making at both studio and publishing levels.
- 3–4 years in product, insights, or business analysis (gaming or digital consumer industries).
- Strong SQL skills for independent data exploration.
- Experience collaborating with Data Scientists or Analysts to co-deliver reports.
- Proven record of presenting insights that influenced business or marketing decisions.
- Hands-on experience with dashboards and KPI iteration.
- Gamer with broad platform and genre exposure.
- Familiarity with data tools (Databricks, BigQuery, Redshift).
- Cross-cultural communication experience; Chinese proficiency a plus.
- Interest in AI-driven data analysis and player discovery trends.
