💼 About the Role
The Insight Business Management Analyst is responsible for managing and delivering a Business Management project for one of our key clients in the automotive industry.
🎯 Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Support the development of the local business management function in alignment with the regional strategy
- Assist the local Business Management Manager to implement, administer and support MSX Business Management system
- Collect financial data from dealers
- Analyse dealer data quality and provide coaching to accountants to improving the quality of financial reporting
- Support dealers in developing their Chart of Accountant and other accounting relevant topics
- Map dealers Chart of Account to MSX Business Management system Chart of Account and ensure the ongoing quality of this mapping
- Upload dealers financial data to MSX Business Management system
- Calculate Benchmark and network consolidations
- Prepare and communicate monthly dealers BM reports
- Analyse BM reports and provide comments
- Produce Monthly and Quarterly Network Performance reports and commentaries
- Prepare Ad-hoc reports when require
👤 Who We're Looking For:
This opportunity is ideal for candidates with the following qualification backgrounds:
Eligibility

Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting is a must
Experiences:
- 1-3 years experience in audit or accounting field – ideally in automotive business
- Prior experiences as Auditor, Financial Controller Assistant, with responsibility for reporting
- Experience in Data consolidation
Technical Skills:
- Have an Analytical predisposition, with the ability to look at data and trends and identify key themes and issues
- Comfortable working with numbers
- Excellent skills in MS programs especially Excel and PowerPoint
Personal Attributes / Competencies:
- Able to work well with minimum supervision and direction
- Self‐starter, emphasizes accuracy & detail oriented, customer oriented, problem solving and analytics
- Able to work in multicultural environment and team player
Language Skills:
- Good command of spoken and written in English
