Job Description
As part of the Sales Luxury & Lifestyle Middle East, India & APAC Team, The Insight Sales Specialist is responsible to assist the Executive Director of Sales and her direct reporting line with Sales related elements in their day-to-day sales activities.
The Key role of the Insight Manager Sales is to support the day-to-day Ground Sales requirements of the department via clients enquiries handling, external clients online sales trainings (Brands, Hotels openings, , Event management support.
The Insight Manager Sales will interact with Luxury Travel Partners in the entire region directly via email or phone/virtual calls, as well as with Sales departments of International Accor Luxury & Lifestyle Hotels and the Directors of Sales Luxury & Lifestyle based in the Region.
Reporting to the Executive Director of Sales, the main duties of The insight Manager Sales will be to:
- Manage and response in a timely manner to emailed sales leads & travel partners enquiries.
- Assist the Directors of Sales Luxury & Lifestyle in the covered regions with their sales requirements.
- Organize and conduct sales presentations to Travel Partners
- Communicate efficiently with respective hotels.
- Update CRM system with updated database information and Groups leads.
- Generate sales reports based on requirements.
- Assist Luxury Sales Team members with Events organizations and invitation processes.
- Ensure accurate luxury sales data generated and updated at hotel level.
- Support deployment and follow-ups of Loyalty Programs
- Attend weekly activity review meetings with Executive Director Luxury Sales – Middle East, India & APAC and prepare monthly reports as and when requested by the Executive Director Luxury Sales – Middle East, India & APAC.
Qualifications
Typical Background
- 2 to 3 years of experience in Luxury Sales/Meetings & Events at hotel or Regional/Global Sales Level
- Presentation & English Skills
- Event Management Skills
- Administrative skills in using Microsoft tools
Competencies
- Accountable, team player, ability to build relationship, work in matrix environment and with various stakeholders across all levels
- Ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Fluent English (Arabic or Chinese is a plus)
